Effective date: 17 August 2026 · Jason X Road is the trading name of Jason Xie, a sole proprietor based in Ontario, Canada.
By accessing this website, joining the tester list, or downloading or using The Zero-to-One Handbook or any other Jason X Road material, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. Who you are dealing with
Jason X Road is the trading name of Jason Xie, an individual sole proprietor in Ontario, Canada. It is not an incorporated company. Contact: jasonxiefitness@gmail.com.
2. Digital products only
Everything offered through this website is a digital download. No physical product is shipped.
3. The tester round
The Zero-to-One Handbook is currently distributed free of charge to a limited group of testers. Tester access is personal to you, offered at my discretion, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. It is not a sale, and no payment is taken. In exchange I ask — but do not require — that you tell me honestly where the material breaks.
Feedback you send me may be used to improve the product without compensation or attribution. Please don't send me anything confidential.
4. Personal use licence
Access to a Jason X Road product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use it for your own personal, individual, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, modify or distribute any portion of the product.
- Share, upload, email, post or forward the product to anyone else.
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit the product or its contents, including using it to coach or train paying clients.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notice contained in the product.
Using the prompts on your own body is exactly what the product is for. Reproducing the sequence as your own product is not.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website and within Jason X Road products — including text, prompts and prompt sequences, photographs, graphics, branding, logos, designs and downloadable materials — is owned by Jason Xie and protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
Output that an AI tool generates for you from your own data is yours. The prompts, their wording, and the order they are given in are mine.
6. Third-party AI tools
This product is designed to be used with third-party AI services such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Those services are operated by other companies and are governed entirely by their terms of service and privacy policies, not by these terms. I have no control over them, no responsibility for their availability, pricing or output, and no ability to retrieve or delete anything you send them.
7. Your data and your privacy
What I do not see. When you paste information or attach a photo into an AI tool while following the guide, that data goes to that tool's provider under their privacy policy. It does not come to me. I never see, collect, or store any photo or personal data you share with an AI tool.
What I do collect. If you enter your email address on this site, I use it for one purpose: to send you the handbook and to ask you for feedback on it. I do not sell, rent, or share it. You can ask me to delete it at any time by emailing me, and every email I send you will include a way to unsubscribe.
8. Educational purpose & health disclaimer
All health, fitness and nutrition information provided here is for educational purposes only. The Health & Fitness Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of them. Please read it — particularly the sections on AI output and on the screening step.
9. Payment and refunds
There is currently no paid product and no checkout on this website. Nothing is for sale, and no payment method is offered or accepted. Any future paid offering will be governed by a separate refund policy published before any sale takes place, and by your rights under applicable Canadian and provincial consumer protection law, which these Terms do not limit.
10. Availability
I make no guarantee that this website or any product will be available, uninterrupted or error-free. I may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jason Xie and Jason X Road disclaim all liability for any injuries, losses, damages, claims, liabilities, costs or expenses arising out of or relating to the access to, download of, or use or misuse of this website, any Jason X Road product, or any AI output produced while following one.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to these Terms
I may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continuing to use the website or products after that constitutes acceptance.
